Fendi Mag is a conceptual artist book adapting the format of a magazine. It evolves around and advertising of the fashion brand Fendi, depicting an arcadian scene shot near Naples. The book deconstructs the advert as well as sets it into context by juxtaposing images from the neapolitan area. The word Fendi is a name, but could also function as a conjugation of the italian verb „fendere“, meaning „to disrupt“. Throughout the book, the forms of this verb are examined, taken apart and set into communication with the images.
